These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced below, explain the terms governing your use of our Services and purchases from our store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We aim to describe and display our caps and accessories accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and display settings.
Please review the product description, materials, measurements, and adjustment information before ordering. Any stated sizing range applies to the particular product identified.
We may update product listings, discontinue products, or limit quantities and delivery destinations. Changes to listings do not reduce your rights concerning an order already accepted.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the items selected, subject to these Terms.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; acceptance occurs when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfil.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.
4. Prices, Promotions, and Payment
Prices and available currencies are displayed on our website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before you complete payment.
Any customs duties or import charges not collected at checkout will be addressed in our shipping information and may be payable separately, depending on the destination.
You must be authorised to use the payment method provided. You agree to pay the total amount clearly displayed when placing your order.
Prices and promotions may change for future orders. We will not increase the agreed total for an accepted order without your agreement.
5. Free Caps and Clearance Offers
Where a cap is advertised as free, the product price for that eligible item is zero. Shipping charges still apply unless expressly stated otherwise.
The shipping charge depends on the quantity selected and applicable delivery arrangements. Where advertised, choosing additional caps reduces the shipping cost per cap, although the total shipping charge may increase.
Your total charges are displayed before payment. Please review them before submitting your order.
Clearance offers apply only to eligible products and available stock. Any quantity limits or additional conditions will be stated with the offer.
A free product has no product purchase payment to refund. This does not remove any rights you may have concerning delivery, defective goods, cancellation, or other remedies under applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, destinations, tracking, and applicable charges.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. We will assist with delivery problems and provide any remedies required by applicable law.
Responsibility for goods in transit and the point at which risk transfers to you are determined by applicable law. These Terms do not automatically transfer all delivery risk to you when an order is handed to a carrier.
Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation
We offer a 30-day return and exchange period from delivery for eligible items, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
You may request order cancellation within 8 hours of placing your order by contacting us. After that period, cancellation before dispatch may no longer be possible.
These arrangements do not replace any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or defective-product rights available to you.

Whitaker & Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Whitaker & Co.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for sales between you and Whitaker & Co. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Whitaker & Co.
